Structured Track

HELP International has designed its development programs to accentuate the strengths of all of its participants.
The purpose of our Track System is to meet participants' expectations for their HELP experience. Participants need to take this survey in order to help them decide how and where they might best fit into the development projects in which they will be involved. Understanding where and how you will be the best fit will allow you to feel like your contributions are being utilized the most effectively and are enacting the most good.
Each track is valuable and has a different focus. It is possible to change your track during your HELP experience. This is more for you to feel confident in articulating for yourself where you think you best fit. If you would like to change your track, you need only talk with your Country Director when you get into country. Generally speaking, most teams end up having more Structured Track participants and almost certainly, being a Structured Track participant does not mean you would not still play some hand in project research going on at the Entrepreneurial Track level.
Those participants more interested in the Structured Track need to understand that it takes time to get projects up and running, and that some of the first wave will be spent getting projects going by Country Directors and Entrepreneurial Track participants.
Structured Track
Projects need manpower and human capital. In this sense it would be akin to project execution that requires working side by side with fellow participants and country partners. Volunteers help with the execution of multiple projects that are started by Entrepreneurial Track participants.
