Domestic Internships and Office Internships:
HELP International accepts US-based interns and volunteers and is willing to work with your institution to set up a program. Every semester HELP offers unpaid internship opportunities in the areas of human resources, public relations, recruiting, training, grant writing, and finance.
HELP looks for motivated individuals that can work on their own as well as with others. Individuals applying to be interns should be willing to learn to new skills and take initiative. While these internships are unpaid, our interns are rewarded by practical work experience, the opportunity to interact closely with the staff, and the chance to further our social mission.
HELP's first Campus Reps were inaugurated in the fall of 2011 and are an organically growing network, expanding to a university campus near you! This will be a dynamic exciting, demanding, and evolving position throughout the coming years. Campus Reps are the face of HELP and are responsible for spreading and expanding to others the concept of HELP's model and the various opportunities that our brand of development provides.
The Campus Representative is a (volunteer) student who does marketing, public relations, networking, and recruiting on in his/her campus. Campus Reps run booths, represent HELP at local events, conducting information sessions, build partnerships, and find innovative ways to promote the vision of HELP International. Campus Reps must be highly involved in their campus community, outgoing, responsible, and organized. Participant program fees will be covered for all campus reps and at the discretion of HELP Staff, some portion of flight costs may be covered depending upon performance.
