Countries

The process for determining program locations is an important process. Locations are selected based on potential volunteer interest, current contacts in-country and safety/logistical determining factors. Economic sustainability of a program in the HELP annual budget is also taken into account. Each location is researched to determine whether a new country will fit well into the HELP model, providing life-changing experiences for volunteers through sustainable development programs common across our other programs. Local contacts are necessary for determining potential projects and economic feasibility. Once in-country, volunteers are held responsible for ensuring successful programs every year in each of our countries, whether it's a new location or one we've been working in for over a decade.

Africa

Recognized as being inhabited by some of the poorest people on earth, HELP participants span across East Africa to develop projects from health to business to education. Endless savannahs, deep jungles, the river Nile and the Indian Ocean expose participants to influences a world apart from their comfort zones. Asia

Ancient history and modern day tradition collide in this continent housing more people on earth than anywhere else,  plighted by poverty unlike anywhere else. See modern day dynasties, scrolling metropolises and hidden hilltribes in our Asia programs. This is the place for some of the most exotic experiences HELP participants can have. Latin America

Known for their robust and spicy foods, personalities and love of life, members of the Latin American community are no more immune to poverty than anyone. Diverse cultures on both Atlantic and Pacific oceans provide HELP participants with an incredible variety of experiences. Oceania

Island hop across these pacific island nations, known for royal heritage and postcard sunsets on endless beaches.
