HELP International is looking for a passionate, committed, well-connected leader to host workshops, throw events, attend fairs, and build relationships on their college campus. This is more than just a “college job.” This is an opportunity to grow, and to enhance your resume. Working closely with the HELP International team, you will execute a marketing and advertising strategy to mobilize students to help us fight poverty around the world. A competitive compensation will be provided.

We are looking for Campus Representatives from the following universities:
- BYU-Provo
- Utah Valley University (UVU)
- University of Utah
- Southern Utah University
- Utah State University
- Weber State University
- Salt Lake (LDSBC, SLCC, & Westminster)
- BYU-Idaho
- BYU-Hawaii
- Dixie State College
- Arizona State University
- University of Washington
If your school is not on the list, and you think you qualify, apply! HELP needs you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5-10 hours/week (can vary week-by-week)
- Engage and recruit students with HELP International for a 2013 HELP International Summer Program, Country Director, Office Internship, or other program
- Host regular workshops, socials, and events on-campus (at least 5/semester)
- Organize and attend on-campus events (career, study abroad, and internship fairs)
- Meet with university departments and internships coordinators to create partnerships and increase recruiting efforts
- Organize on-campus speaking engagements with Executive Directors
- Make class announcements and presentations (at least 2/week)
- Post flyers on campus and throughout the community
- Invite past and future volunteers to help with responsibilities
- Report weekly progress to the HELP team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A strong leader who can inspire peers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be an actively enrolled student
- Well-connected to the community and on-campus
- Preference goes to previous HELP volunteers
