HELP's Advisory Board provides our staff and Board of Directors with further insight and perspective. The diverse membership of our board includes business professionals, graduate students, professors, and development practitioners. All members of the advisory board have a rich history with HELP as former staff, volunteers, country directors, board members, donors, or partners.
Jackie Skinner
Jackie Skinner was a 2008 Country Director in Lugazi, Uganda. With her former experience in Uganda with BYU, she was able to secure contacts to move our operations to Lugazi. The following year, Jackie was the Program Director of Goals for Girls which took the Timpview Girls Soccer team to Uganda to inspire girls' health, education, and empowerment in throughout Uganda. Jackie Skinner is currently a history teacher at Timpview High School.
Ashley Rogers
Ashley Rogers was a 2008 Country Director in Lugazi, Uganda. When she returned she worked as the Development Director at HELP headquarters. As such, she systemized our fundraising activities, created this website, and organized the logistics of opening a new HELP program in Fiji. In the summer of 2009 Ashley was a Country Director again, this time running the new program in Tavua, Fiji. Ashley is currently a Masters of Public Administration student at the University of Washington.
